Why this exists
Italy is incredible. It's also deeply specific about how things work — from the exact time you're allowed to order a cappuccino, to the unspoken rules of the aperitivo, to why asking for "pasta with chicken" in Rome will mark you as a tourist for life.
Most travel content glosses over this stuff. We don't. Pota is honest about the friction, the confusion, and the occasional absurdity of visiting a country that has been doing things its own way for 2,000 years and isn't going to change for you.
